Hyper Plasticizer

http://www.applechemie.com/

Hyper Plast is based on hyper plasticizing sulphonated synthetic polymers. It may be dispensed at dosages varying between 1 to 2 percent by weight of cement depending upon type of concrete require.

Ø  AC-HYPERCRETE (hyper plasticizer on modified polycarboxylic ether base)
Water reduction in range of 30-35%.
Better resistance to carbonation thus Increased durability.
Increased early and ultimate compressive strengths.
       Increased flexural strength.
       Lower permeability
Better resistance to aggressive atmospheric conditions.
       Applications:
§  Tunnels and metros.
§  Construction areas facing water shortage.

Features and Benefits

·         Gives the mortar excellent flow properties even if the water/cement (w/c) ratio is low.
·         Consumption is considerably smaller than that of conventional plasticizers.
·         Suitable for all cement systems in which the water requirement is to be reduced.
·         Produces extended slump life.
·         Improves the flow properties of the cement mix by dispersing the particles and preventing re-          agglomeration.
·         Improves the rheological and mechanical properties of concrete such as workability, compressive and flexural strength, and modulus of elasticity.
·         Promotes usage of binders such as silica fume, fly ash and blast furnace slag.
·         Gives greater resistance to water permeability and freeze-thaw cycles.
·         Can be used together with other admixtures.
·         Improves finishing quality and workability.
·         Reduces cracking and permeability.
·         Does not contain chlorides or other ingredients promoting corrosion of steel reinforcement.
