Repairs to rigid pavements using epoxy resin grout, special mortar and special concrete composite -
1) Apple Chemie has developed a complete solution for repair of rigid pavements.
2) The entire system of repair is developed after study of various concrete road damages and air field damages.
3) The system comprises of epoxy resin material which are selected based on ASTM-C-SS 1.
4) The system includes specific treatment for –
Surface Cracks or Partial Depth Cracks (AC-PQC-INJECTO, EPOXY-PATCH-GROUT)
Full Depth Cracks (AC-PQC-PAVEMENT-GROUT, AC-CURE-R)
Pot Holes depth more than 50mm (AC-BOND-AID, AC-PATCH-GROUT, AC-CURE-R)
